Fluoride's been in Welsh's water system since the seventies but one group say's it's time to take fluoride out of the water-because they fear it does more damage than good.

I wonder if there have been any studies showing how much fluoride is is going into our system from toothpaste as compared to drinking fluoride water? The article states that Lafayette does not add fluoride but I wonder if any studies have been done on chlorine intake? Seems like I am drinking swimming pool water sometimes.

Flouride is a poison, there is no reason to put it in drinking water. If they ever want to put it in Lafayette's water supply we need to stop it.

The best thing to do is get a good water filter. Filter your drinking water and ice. That will cure the chlorine smell. I have one built into the refridgerator, it works like a charm. It tastes better than bottled water.

I need a sink filter. I keep saying I will get one next time I go to Lowes but I always forget. I have a filter for my fridge but I am funny about my water. I like a glass filled halfway with cold water and half with tap water. I don't like it too cold.
